Description

62-66 South Guildry Street in Elgin is a mid-19th century building featuring two stories and an attic, arranged in a five-bay layout that comprises three separate dwellings. The structure is constructed from tooled rubble with polished ashlar dressings. The entrances are located in alternate bays 1, 3, and 5, with the central entrance showcasing a decorative scrolled cornice, while the entrances in bays 1 and 5 have simple bracketed cornices. There are two canted wallhead dormers, and the windows primarily feature four-pane glazing, except for No 66, which has modern single-pane glazing. The building has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
