Description

Stable Cottage at Rosehaugh House is a single-storey building from the mid-19th century. It features three bays, with the central bay slightly advanced and gabled. This central bay contains a door flanked by narrow lights, with a blind quatrefoil above. There is a continuous eaves course that suggests a pediment at the centre bay. The building is constructed of ashlar stone with rusticated quoins and a moulded eaves course at the outer bays. The roof is a slated piended style with broad eaves. Some windows still have their original 12-pane glazing patterns. The south elevation has been rendered and features altered windows and a new door.
