Description

Hill View in Cawdor is a pair of single-storey and attic cottages built in the later 19th century. They have three bays and are finished with harled walls and tooled ashlar margins. The cottages feature projecting, shallow finialled gabled porches that conceal the central doors. The ground floor windows have 12-pane glazing, and there is a single return gable window. The outer bays have later gabletted dormers with 4-pane glazing. The cottages have corniced ridge and end stacks, and the roofs are covered with slate. There are modern flat roof extensions at the rear and low coped rubble garden walls surrounding the property.
