Description
Dhivach Lodge in Drumnadrochit is a building dating from 1864, which incorporates an earlier dwelling and features late 19th century additions. The structure consists of a mix of two-storey and single-storey buildings arranged in a roughly L-shaped plan and is harled.
The two-storey eastern block has gabled elevations on the north and south sides, with a timber balcony on the first floor at the north end. The northern front of the single-bay western range includes a canted bay window. The building displays varied fenestration and glazing patterns, while decorative barge boards provide a unifying theme throughout. Additional architectural features include apex finials, end and ridge stacks, and slate roofs.
