Description
Dated 1835, 70 Dunrobin Street comprises a pair of two-storey, two-bay cottages. The cottages are constructed of harled rubble with tooled ashlar dressings. The south-facing frontage is symmetrical and features paired central doors sheltered by a continuous canopy supported by three slender columns. The windows are 12-pane sash windows. The roof is slate, with corrugated iron to the canopy. Corniced end and ridge stacks are present. The statutory address is 69 and 70 Dunrobin Street, Helmsdale.
