93-97 Academy Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of rough ashlar and painted. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring five windows and three doors on the ground floor. The first floor includes four tripartite windows, and there are four canted dormers in the roof. The building has a slated roof, but the ground floor has modern glazing.
