Description

This is an earlier 19th century dwelling, originally three bays wide and two storeys high with an attic. The building is harled and features an irregular arrangement of windows, with three original piended dormers. The roof is slate, and there are end stacks. The front elevation faces Commercial Street.

Historically, a single-storey range extended to the rear along Commercial Street. In the early 1980s, this wing was used as a garage with a workshop behind it. Around 1990, this single-storey wing was replaced by a two-storey extension, incorporating dormers and a pend that now serves as the entrance to Priory Court.
