109 High Street in Ardersier is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey house with three bays, facing west. It features tooled rubble construction with harled flanks and dressed rubble detailing. The central door is sheltered by a timber porch and has modern glazing. The house has end stacks and a slate roof.
