Description

New Nevis Bridge, built between 1932 and 1933, is a wide single-span concrete bridge featuring red rubble facing. It has a single skewed arch ring that is dressed with bullfaced rubble. The bridge is complemented by a square, tooled red granite parapet and splayed approach walling. The span of the bridge is approximately 90 feet.
