Description

Old Boleskine Parish Church in Boleskine features a simple burial ground enclosed by rubble walls. It contains the remains of an earlier church and serves as a rectangular burial site for the Frasers of Balnain, Culduthel, and Boleskine Parish. The site includes various fine tombstones and memorials from the 18th and 19th centuries, including a memorial to Alexander Fraser of Dell, who lived from 1762 to 1814. Additionally, there is a small rectangular watch house from the early 19th century, constructed of rubble, with a small window on the south elevation, an end stack, and a slate roof.
