Description

Eastburn House in Edderton is a two-storey, three-bay house built in 1844. The front features a central door with a cornice, and the exterior is rendered and lined to resemble sneck coursed ashlar, with harled flanks and rear, and contrasting painted ashlar margins. The windows on both the ground and first floors have 12-pane glazing, and there are hipped and corniced stacks at the ends. The roof is a piended platform covered with slate. There is also a later single-storey wing added to the rear of the house.
