Description

Polnicol is a house dating to around 1840. It is a symmetrical, two-storey building with three bays across the front. The exterior is generally pink harled, with ashlar detailing to the margins. The central doorway is obscured by a later timber and glazed porch. Flanking the front are two bays. The windows on the first floor break through the eaves into gablet dormers. The windows are mostly 2-pane or 4-pane sashes. The roof is piended and covered in slate, with six ashlar chimney stacks set diagonally and corniced at the top.
