Description

Faille Bridge is a high single-span hump-back bridge built in the later 18th century. It features a rubble construction with a dressed rubble keystoned arch ring that springs from canted buttress or abutments at both the north and south banks. The bridge has a low parapet with tooled rubble copes that meet to form a shallow point in the center. The approaches to the bridge are splayed, and it has an approximate span of 60 feet.
