Later 19th century. 4-storey tenement, renovated circa 1985, stone-cleaned polished ashlar, reinforcing steel beams and modern glazing added. Distinctive detailing, round-arched moulding over 1st floor windows, bracketted heads at 2nd, 3rd floor window brackets carry main entablature. Modern tile roof.
