Description

165-167 Butterbiggins Road is a four-storey tenement building from the later 19th century. It was renovated around 1985, during which it was cleaned and polished, and modern glazing and reinforcing steel beams were added. The building features distinctive detailing, including round-arched moulding above the first-floor windows and bracketted heads at the second and third-floor window brackets that support the main entablature. The roof is modern and tiled.
