28 Westend Park Street in Glasgow is a building dating from around 1840, consisting of four symmetrical blocks of five-bay tenements that rise four storeys above a basement. The exterior is finished in polished ashlar stone, which is channelled at the ground level. There are steps that extend over the basement leading to doorpieces that feature recessed reveals and fanlights. The end bays of each five-bay block have bipartite windows, while the other windows are single light. All windows above the ground floor are framed with architraves and have aprons and cornices on the first floor, with cornices on the second floor. The sash windows are either four-pane or have plate glass glazing. A band course runs above the ground level and at the eaves, complemented by a plain main cornice. The building has axial stacks and slate roofs. Modern cast-iron railings are present at the steps and basement. Inside, there is a canted stone stair with cast-iron balusters and a tiled close.
