Description
The Anderston Brass Foundry, located at 32-34 Elliot Street in Glasgow, is a three-storey industrial building constructed around 1870, with additions made in 1875 and 1883. It was originally built as a brass foundry and features six unequal bays. The structure is made of brick, with some areas painted, and has casement windows, primarily with small panes.
On the northern side, there is an arched carriage entrance that includes fanlight glazing and a ventilating oculus above, along with a coped gable and flanking windows. To the south, there are three-storey offices that display corbelled detailing at the first-floor southern bay, which is bisected by a window. The building is topped with a slate roof and has an end stack.
