Description

Circa 1855-58. Classical 2-storey and basement 3-bay

terraced houses. 3-storey, 5-bay flatted W pavilion.

Polished ashlar, droved to basement. Sash and case

windows in architraves. Left entries each at head of

steps oversailing basement area. Corinthian pilastered

doorpiece with modillion cornice. Ground floor level band

course. 2 windows in lugged architraves to right of each

entry on cill band. 1st floor cill band, corniced, lugged

architraved windows, cast-iron balconies Nos 10-17. Main

cornice, die parapet with urns to lower section.

RETURN TO RUSKIN PLACE: 11 bays, 1st bay from S blind.

Simple close and main door entries. 2 corniced wallhead

stacks, N panelled.
