Description

Circa 1850. 4 storeys and attic tenement with shops.

Edwardian shop front to No 351. Painted ashlar. Ground floor

cornice. All windows sash and case in architraves. 12 x 8 bays. ELEVATION TO SAUCHIEHALL STREET: 1st and 4th bays at

1st floor, tripartite windows with central segmental

pediments, consoles and stone mullions, triangular

pediments in 2nd floor. Bracketted with cornices in

6th, 7th, 10th, and 11th bays from E on 2nd floor.

Similar arrangement with plain windows on 3rd floor.

Eaves cornice. Set-back dormers.

ELEVATION TO HOLLAND STREET: pilastered shop front and

entrance at No 97. Ground floor cornice. 1st and 2nd

floor windows corniced, 3rd floor plain. Eaves cornice.

Set-back dormers.
