Description

This building, located at 361, 363, 365, 367, 369, and 371 Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow, dates from around 1850 and is a four-storey tenement with an attic and shops. The shop front at No 351 features an Edwardian design and is made of painted ashlar. The ground floor has a cornice, and all windows are sash and case set within architraves, arranged in a 12 by 8 bay pattern.

On the elevation facing Sauchiehall Street, the first and fourth bays on the first floor have tripartite windows topped with central segmental pediments, consoles, and stone mullions, while triangular pediments are found on the second floor. The second floor also features bracketed cornices in the sixth, seventh, tenth, and eleventh bays from the east. The third floor has a similar arrangement but with plain windows. There is an eaves cornice and set-back dormers.

The elevation facing Holland Street includes a pilastered shop front and entrance at No 97, with a ground floor cornice. The windows on the first and second floors are corniced, while the third floor windows are plain. This elevation also has an eaves cornice and set-back dormers.
