Description

This building is a five-bay end of terrace flatted pavilion, reconstructed around 1985. It is raised to three storeys and has a basement. The exterior is finished in painted ashlar. The basement has been mainly altered. There is a band course at ground level, and the windows are sash and case style with architraves. The windows on the ground floor feature cornices.
