134 Blythswood Street is a commercial building dating from around 1860. It is a four-storey structure consisting of two symmetrical blocks facing Sauchiehall Street, with eight bays arranged in a 1-3-1-2-1 pattern returning to Blythswood Street.

On the Sauchiehall Street elevation of the east block, there are four bays featuring modern shops at the ground floor. Above, there are two three-storey central shallow projections with bipartite windows, an eaves cornice, and four architraved windows. The first-floor windows have cornices, the second-floor windows are keyblocked, and the third-floor windows have chamfered reveals, along with three modern dormers.

The west block has three bays with details that mirror those of the east block. It features a polished granite pilastered doorpiece.

The elevation to Blythswood Street has a channelled and pilastered ground floor. Number 134 has an Edwardian shop front with curved glass windows. Above, there are three inner windows that are detailed similarly to those on the Sauchiehall Street elevation. The building also has three wallhead stacks, and the Blythswood Street elevation returns with a gable end to Sauchiehall Lane.
