23-27 Broomhill Terrace, Broomhill, Glasgow

19-21 Broomhill Terrace is a three-storey tenement building constructed around 1860, designed in the style of Charles Wilson. It measures 28 by 5 bays and features polished ashlar stonework, with the ground floor channelled.

The elevation facing Broomhill Terrace includes canted full-height bays at the 1st, 4th, 9th, 14th, 19th, and 24th positions, all resting on battered plinths. The ground floor windows are set within a pseudo-pilastrade and there is a cornice band at this level. The first floor windows are adorned with linked cornices in flat bays, supported by sculpted consoles and featuring sculpted shell tympana. A main dentil cornice runs along the top of the building, and the roofs are piended over the canted bays, each topped with finials. The northeast corner has a mansard roof with two segmentally pedimented dormers.

The elevation facing Central Avenue mirrors the main elevation, with canted outer bays and a central dormer. Battered obelisk piers are also present on this side.
