2 Broomhill Avenue in Broomhill, Glasgow, is a corner tenement block built around 1860, designed in the style of Charles Wilson. The building is three stories high with an attic and features eight by six bays. It is constructed from yellow sandstone ashlar with a channelled ground floor. There is a continuous band course above the ground floor, a cill course on the first and second floors, an eaves band, and a dentil cornice.

At the ground level, there are three entrances. The corner block has full-height canted windows facing Broomhill Terrace, and a bold six-light full-height semi-circular plan window facing Broomhill Avenue. The building is topped with a tall pavilion roof that includes segmentally pedimented tripartite dormers. The outer bays also feature full-height canted windows and a facetted roof. The original slate roof has been replaced with a concrete tile roof, which includes set-back piended dormers and corniced ridge stacks.
