Description
18 Leven Street is a late Georgian-style tenement building from the mid to late 19th century. This three-storey corner property features classical details and has a long elevation facing Leven Street with regular single window bays. The symmetrical five-bay elevation on Kenmure Street includes outer tripartite windows. The building is constructed of stone-cleaned yellow ashlar, with a channelled ground floor and architraved windows above. It has a cornice at the first floor, cill courses, and a main cornice. The windows are fitted with plate glass sashes. Most of the chimney stacks have been rebuilt, and the roof is covered with modern tiles.
