tenement, stone-cleaned yellow ashlar, channelled at

ground, plain unmargined openings to regular bays,

shallow recessed 4-light bow at angle; cill courses;

cornice; rendered stacks; roof partly original slate

part modern tiles. Sash windows with 4-pane glazing.
