There is a cornice band at the ground floor, with corniced and architraved windows on the first floor, and third floor windows set within margins on the cill band. The building has a main cornice and a blocking course, along with a corniced wallhead stack.

The elevation facing Buccleuch Street has bays arranged in a 9-5 stepped slope. The first bay from the east is blind, and the second bay is blind at the second floor. The detailing matches that of the Rose Street elevation, and there is a corniced wallhead stack and end stacks. The roof is slate.
