Description

Alexander Kirkland, 1853. 4-storey classical tenement

continuous in design with St Vincent Crescent. 16 bays, 4th

bay from S blind. Polished ashlar channelled at ground floor;

basement band forming ground floor cill band; plain frieze

and ground floor cornice. Mainly sash and case windows in

architraves, 4-pane glazing. Projecting Doric pilastered

entrances with independent entablatures at No 26 and No 32

Minerva Street. 1st and 2nd floor windows corniced. Eaves

cornice; ridge stacks; slate roof.
