The building has seven bays facing Sauchiehall Street and ten bays divided into two sections along Renfield Street, with four to six bays in that area. All the windows are sash and case, framed with architraves.
The first section has seven bays on Sauchiehall Street and four on Renfield Street. The second and seventh bays on the first and second floors have blind returns. There is a cill band on the first floor, which is partially covered, and brackets supporting the first-floor string course. The building is topped with a mutule cornice and a blocking course, with a single end stack.
In the six-bay section facing Renfield Street, there are cornices above the first and second-floor windows. A wallhead stack has been removed, and there is a gable stack. The eaves are also adorned with a mutule cornice.
