Description

This is a circa 1840 building, originally a house and workshop, located on St Andrews Road, Kilconquhar. It is a two-storey, three-window structure built of rubble with painted, droved dressings. The roof is pantiled, and a single-storey pantiled workshop wing extends at the rear. The building's listing reflects its group value and applies to both its interior and exterior. The building was formerly listed as a building of more significant merit, but has been re-categorised to reflect its group interest.
