The Covenant House, 8 Pan Ha', Panhall, Dysart

The Covenant House, located at 8 Pan Ha', Panhall, Dysart, is an 18th-century vernacular house that was reconstructed in 1969 by W Schomberg Scott. It is a two-storey, four-bay building with a rectangular plan, situated within an irregular terrace. The exterior is harled with painted margins.

On the south elevation facing Pan Ha', there is a single-storey lean-to porch on the outer right, featuring two windows and a panelled timber door on the return to the left. To the left of the porch, there are four windows arranged in a group of three and one. The first floor has four additional windows.

The north elevation, which is the rear of the building, has its ground floor details obscured by a boundary wall. However, there is a bipartite window located to the left of centre on the first floor, along with a slightly advanced, swept-roof bay that contains a window on the outer left.

The windows are timber sash and case with a 12-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with pantiles, and there are harled stacks with ashlar-coped skews, including a crowstepped skew on the eastern side.
