Description
18th century. 2-storey, L-plan house on ground falling to S. Harled with painted margins.
S (PAN HA') ELEVATION: recessed bay to right with door to left and window to right at ground, 2 windows to 1st floor; advanced catslide/swept-roof wing to left with window to centre at 1st floor, and further window on return to right.
E ELEVATION: window to left at 1st floor and further window to left in gablehead. Boundary wall adjoining to outer right.
W (HIE GAIT) ELEVATION: windows to centre and left at ground, and further window to centre in gablehead; boundary wall adjoining to outer left.
N (REAR) ELEVATION: swept-roof dormer window to right of centre; boundary wall adjoining to outer right.
12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Pantiles. Harled stacks; ashlar-coped skews.
BOUNDARY WALLS: harled boundary walls.
