Description
St James The Great Episcopal Church, located on St Catherine Street in Cupar, was designed by Sir R Rowand Anderson in 1866, replacing a chapel built in 1820. The church features an early pointed architectural style with a three-bay nave, a single western aisle, and a clerestory. The exterior is constructed of stugged ashlar, topped with a slated roof. Inside, the church is finely furnished, including a pulpit from 1901 and a screen designed by Sir R S Lorimer.
