Description

Probably Robert Lorimer, later 19th century incorporating earlier fabric. Single storey and attic, 3-bay, rectangular-plan crowstepped entrance lodge. Harl with stone cills. Harled stacks. All openings blocked; steeply pitched roof now derelict.

SW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: door to centre at ground floor with window in bay to right and 2 windows to left; 3 regularly disposed windows above breaking eaves into crowstepped dormerheads.

GATEPIERS AND GATES: flat-coped and cavetto corniced, square-section, banded ashlar gatepiers flanking carriage entrance and outer pedestrian entrances; cross-banded timber gates.

BOUNDARY WALLS: ashlar-coped rubble boundary walls.
