Description

The dovecot in the churchyard of Dysart Parish Church dates back to the 17th century. It features a crowstepped lectern design and is constructed from rubble. The structure is roofless and has a rectangular plan, consisting of a single compartment that contains 718 stone nesting boxes. There is an entrance on the southeast side, and a rat course or alighting ledge is located on the northwest side.
