Description

18th century. 2-storey, small tenement in irregular terrace, converted to single dwelling. Dry-dashed with cream painted margins, stop- chamfered arrises, stone mullion and base course.

S (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: openings irregularly disposed. Door slightly to left of centre with 2 windows in flanking bays, 1st floor with bipartite window to left, window over door and window to right.

4-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows. Grey slates. Raised ashlar skew to W, deeply coped ashlar stacks with cans and thackstanes.
