Description
9 High Street in Leslie is an 18th-century, two-storey, three-bay pair of dwellings that form an irregular terrace. The buildings at the rear include both two-storey and single-storey structures, which have been converted into a single house. The exterior is dry-dashed with pink painted stone margins and a base course, featuring stop-chamfered arrises. The rear is constructed of random whinstone rubble, with the northern face of the two-storey T projection harled.
On the south elevation facing High Street, there is a door located to the left of the centre, flanked by windows in the adjacent bays and additional windows above. A pend door is situated at the outer right. The rear buildings face east and include a single storey with a central door, flanked by windows, and a window in the outer right bay of the south face.
The sash and case windows feature a 12-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with pantiles, and there is a deeply coped mutual ashlar stack with thackstane on the west side, along with a brick stack on the north gable.
