Description
Early 19th century, Mill House and associated outbuildings form a picturesque group of special interest, representing an unaltered mill still in operation. The house is a single-storey building with an attic, featuring a two-window facade and a central wooden porch. It has a piended dormer and is constructed of whin rubble with droved freestone dressings, topped with slated roofing and pantiles. A single-storey row of outbuildings, with pantiled roofs sloping parallel to the ground, adjoins the house. The listing acknowledges the group value of the buildings and applies to both the interior and exterior. It was re-categorized from a B group listing to a C(S) group listing in 2006.
