Description

Balneil Farmhouse is an early 19th-century building. It is a plain two-storey, three-window structure with harled walls, decorative margins around the windows, and a slated, piended roof. The farmhouse has ashlar chimneys with a concave shoulder detail. A lean-to addition to the rear incorporates a pediment inscribed “RH AF 1742”.
