Description

Mountquhanie Home Farm is an 18th-century building with additions from the early 19th century. It is a two-storey, three-window house with a harled and whitewashed exterior and margins to the windows. Above the front door is a shield inscribed “MfM 1592”. The south gable features a pediment and a ground-floor Venetian window arrangement. Associated farm buildings are constructed from a mix of rubble and pantile, and coursed whin rubble and slate.
