Description

This is an early 18th century dovecote, built as a rectangular lean-to structure. It is constructed of rubble stone with crowstepped gables, and a rat-course stepped at the flanks. A defaced moulded panel is inset off-centre above the door in the south wall. There is a pair of flight holes in the east flank. The roof is slate covered. The dovecote is referenced in the RCAHMS Fife Inventory No 233.
