Description
Ash Villa is an earlier 19th-century house situated at 26 Station Road, Kingskettle, with a low, single-storey wing extending westward to connect with the abutment of a railway bridge. The main house is a two-story, three-bay structure built with squared whin rubble stone courses, featuring dressed yellow ashlar detailing. The front facade has a centrally positioned recessed panelled door topped with a decorative fanlight, and windows with 12 panes to each sash. The roof is covered with modern tiles and has corniced end stacks. The low, single-storey wing features a central door with a fanlight above, a 12-pane sash window, and an oculus (small round window), topped with coping and finished with a flat roof.
