Ryeburn is a pair of similar two-storey houses located at 30 Main Street in Newmills. The buildings are finished with harl and have pantile roofs, while the house at number 28 features crowstepped gables. The door lintels of these houses are marked with raised letters that read "17.AS.MD.12."
