Description

The Council Offices at 2 Queen's Gardens in St Andrews were designed by architect David Rhind and built in 1869. This two-storey building features an attic and showcases a Renaissance architectural style. It is constructed from stugged ashlar stone and has a slate roof with a mansard design, complemented by stone dormers.
