Description
St Adrian's Parish Church, located in School Green, Anstruther Easter, dates back to 1634. It features a T-plan layout and is constructed from a mix of ashlar, rubble, and harled stone, topped with a tall slated roof. The west gable has a blind mullioned and transomed window, and above it stands a tower with a balustraded parapet and a lucarned stone spire, which was added in 1644. On the south flank, there are four windows, each with three round-arched lights and doors between them. The east end boasts a large three-light window. The interior has been remodeled, with significant changes made in 1834 and 1908, and includes a gallery.
