Description
This is a late 18th to early 19th century, two-storey and attic, symmetrical three-bay house located at 11 Station Road in Kincardine On Forth. The exterior features white painted harl with smooth painted margins, angle quoins, and an eaves course. The window on the ground floor to the right is slightly larger than the corresponding opening. At the rear, there is a lean-to that includes three flat-roofed dormers and a conservatory addition.
The house has non-traditional top-opening uPVC windows and a non-traditional door. The roof is covered with pantiles, featuring a slate easing course and four vents. The building also has ashlar coped skews and scrolled skewputts, along with coped gable stacks.
