15 High Street in Leslie is an 18th-century, small two-storey, three-bay former tenement that has been converted into a single dwelling. The building is harled with painted stone margins and a base course, featuring random whinstone rubble and harled projections at the rear.

On the south elevation facing High Street, there is a door with a two-pane letterbox fanlight positioned to the right of center, with three windows to the left and a smaller modern window to the right. The first floor has smaller windows with regular fenestration to the right and three windows to the left.

The sash and case windows typically feature a four-pane glazing pattern, except for the outer right ground floor window, which has modern plate glass and a fanlight. The roof is covered with pantiles, and there is a slate easing course at the eaves. The building has ashlar skews with coped ashlar stacks on the east and north sides, while the west stack is lined with concrete.
