Description
Bower House is an early 18th century building located at 90-92 Main Street, Lower Largo, with later alterations. The building is arranged with a single storey and attic to the north, and two full storeys to the south, presenting an irregular four-bay facade. The exterior walls are harled and have painted margins. The south elevation features an 18th century architrave above the doorway. Fenestration has been altered over time. The north front includes a door at the west end and a single window at the east end, with one first-floor window raised through the eaves. The building has crowstepped gables to the north side, straight gables to the south, moulded skewputts, chimney stacks at the ends, and a pantiled roof.
