Description

This is a 1780s dovecot, likely built around 1780, situated at the Cults Manse. It is a lectern-type dovecot constructed from rubble with ashlar door margins on its low south wall. The dovecot features a horizontal flight-hole opening above the south wall. It has a stepped rate course to three walls and crow-stepped flanks. The roof is missing. The dovecot is part of a group with the nearby church and another dovecot.
