Description
A pair of corniced square gate piers, probably dating from around 1758, stand at the entrance to the garden. The piers are constructed of ashlar and are topped with decorative ball finials. They are likely contemporary with Crawford Lodge, which was also probably built in 1758. The gate piers are located at the West Gate of Crawford Priory, near Bramble Cottage.
