Description

The building is the hall of Ceres Parish Church, designed by Hugh Birrell in 1868. It is a two-storey structure with three windows on the first floor. The hall features a segmentally arched doorpiece, which was originally the entrance to a hearse house. The exterior is constructed from rubble with droved dressings, and it has a slated roof with moulded chimney copes. A wall-head chimney is located at the gable end.
